As part of the AVT234©, Target Motion Cueing® (TMC®) provides warnings of looters or unauthorized personnel moving outside your mobilized response supply truck lot perimeter. This Indicators and Warnings (I&W) system enhances video surveillance by drawing attention to suspicious or unexpected movement. PLE’s AVT234-C© kits act as rapidly deployable “virtual fence” with our Intelligent video surveillance software that provides unattended monitoring of video for unwanted incursions. The visual display clearly and efficiently highlights movement and provides audible and visual alerts. Kits are quickly deployable / redeployable and can provide local and remote audible alarms and display of intrusions detected in established perimeters.

AVT234-C© contains all necessary equipment to setup and provide persistent full motion video analysis of camera views to implement perimeter security at mobilized emergency response lots. Target alerts can be sorted by date, time, camera sensor ID, and GPS coordinates. Alert events are recorded on the AVT234-C© for historical reference. Target alerts are immediately heard locally and are clearly displayed to operators to highlight movement areas.

Local operators can quickly set up urban search & rescue outpost perimeters that can be monitored locally and sent to situation awareness and lethality decision support tools via tactical network topology using email, cell phone, VHF coupler, or tactical radios.
