Rack-mounted Digital Video Analytics Processor
The AVT234© Rack Mount Unit is ideal for permanent installations where there is already a significant investment
in analog CCTV cameras whether they are stationary or PTZ. This unique rack mounted soution is available to add very accurate video analytics with extrememly low false alarm rates to large security systems and can be integrated using either 4 channel or 8 channel units.
Using this product, "video analytics" can be added to any camera channel that can provide an NTSC feed into the control room. The AVT234©
provides persistent full motion video analysis of camera views of areas of interest and alerts can be sorted by date, time and camera sensor ID.
The product eliminates or significantly reduces false alarms while it analyzes live video feeds to detect human or vehicle activity
within designated camera views and sectors and reports detections either via XML or hard-wired form C relay to
the annunciator/displays or the XML communications layer of the existing system. The AVT234©, alerts provide very accurate operations and can be used to boost video recording speed during events and to turn camera auto-track functions on and off depending on activity detected.
Adapted to be used with large utility facilities security systems the AVT234 analytics can be purchased stand-alone or in conjunction with an entire system developed by Iberdrola, Energy East and Team NY contractors to control door access, HVAC, and security surveillance, and metering functions.
