P&L E-Communications, LLC is improving current limited ability for warfighters to reconfigure sensor capabilities, reposition sensors remotely, or connect sensors to another family of sensors to meet changes in the current ever shifting operational environment for: a. fixed / semi-fixed sites b. mobile forces

Detection is used to identify and locate enemy personnel as they enter stationary or rapidly deployable/redeployable perimeters and is used to:

• Sense- Unattended change detection in video provided from supplied or any available (EO/IR) sensor.
• Surveillance- Persistent coverage with high Pd and low NAR/FAR.
• Track - Track single and multiple objects to locate targets.

AVT234 can provide an incremental improvement to the existing TASS or similar systems by performing automatic change detection with high Pd and significantly low false alarms to improve unattended change detection, persistent surveillance, tracking, and early warning, and is available as a rack-mount device for stationary or as a rapidly deployable/redeployable kit for front echelon deployment allowing capability to shift, reposition, re-task perimeter detection as needs change.
